The CSM Eclipse
is a high-performance machine capable of placing 0402 up to
fine pitch QFPS, all in a machine with a foot print of 1.65
x 1.30m (5.4 x 4.3ft). This machine has two Z-programmable
heads allow a placement rate of up to 5000 SMDs per hour.
The CSM Eclipse is equipped with laser alignment, upward looking
cameras, automatic nozzle changer, uses tape, stick and tray
component feeders, conveyer width auto adjust. This system
can place and align rectangular SMDs like 0402 chips resistors,
PLCCs, SO and ICs.
